Working Method

Base
Stir all ingredients except oil at high speed for 10 minutes after which add oil slowly for 1 minute. pour into a 40x60cm pan with a weight of 1000 grams.

Bake at 180°C top and bottom for ± 16 minutes

How to make
Stir all ingredients until fluffy.

Decoration
Stir all ingredients for 3 minutes on medium speed, then bake at 120°C for 15 minutes - 20 minutes, after cooling then puree, & Crumble is ready to use.

Finishing
Cut the sponge into 6 pieces with a size of 10x20, then give cream cheese filling until it becomes 6 layers, then give crumbles on top.
