Beat the Tegral Castella, eggs, honey and SP using a low speed mixer for 2 minutes followed by medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour in margarine, mix on low speed until blended.
Pour 40 grams of batter into muffin cups.
Bake in an oven with an upper temperature of 155°C and a lower temperature of 140°C for 50 minutes.
For the filling, beat the Ambiante until three-quarters stiff (soft peak).
Once the cake has cooled, hollow out the center and fill with Ambiante filling.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top as decoration.
