Mixing

  • Stir all ingredients until well combined
  • Pour in 40x60 baking pan

Baked : 180°C/35 minutes

Filling 

  • Mix gelatin with water, and warm.
  • Mix it into Topfil Cherry, mix well
  • Put into a baking dish and stack with Sponge Chocolate, freeze.

Chocolate Mousse 

  • Heat Festipak and milk and sugar.
  • Add gelatin and stir in chocolate.
  • Whip the whipped cream and mix with the ganache, use immediately.
  • Freeze before glazing

Decoration : Glaze the frozen cake, and decorate with chocolate mousse.
