Place the Bavarois on the bottom16cm ring mold
Add Filling, and flatten freeze
Assembling
Heat Festipak, Raspberry Puree and sugar and Star Annise (keep 5-10 minutes).
Strain, and add egg yolk and Maizena, cook until thickened
Add gelatine, mix well mix with whipped cream
Put into slicon moldand fill with Bavarian Cherry.
