Mixing

  • Beat all ingredients until well combined well and fluffy, except margarine liquid 6 minutes (high speed).
  • Lower the speed and add liquid margarine, mix until well blended.
  • Print in 18Ø(100gr) baking pan.

Baked : 180°C/20 minutes

Filling 

  • Mix the gelatin with water, and warm up
  • Mix it into Topfil Cherry, stir well
  • Put into a baking dish and stack with Sesame Sponge, freeze

Assembling

  • Place the Bavarois on the bottom16cm ring mold
  • Add Filling, and flatten freeze

Assembling

  • Heat Festipak, Raspberry Puree and sugar and Star Annise (keep 5-10 minutes).
  • Strain, and add egg yolk and Maizena, cook until thickened 
  • Add gelatine, mix well mix with whipped cream
  • Put into slicon moldand fill with Bavarian Cherry.
