Base

  • Stir Tegral Patacrot with eggs and margarine at medium speed until well mixed. after that put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • After that mold the dough with a 20cm pan and re-chill for 10 minutes. 
  • After that oevn with a temperature of 180 degrees with top down heat for 10 minutes.
  • Take out and put the filling that was cooled in the pie evenly. Then at the top add red velvet dough and oven again for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Base Red Velvet : Stir Tegral Red Velvet, eggs, water and oil until well mixed. after that refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Filling : Cook the syrup from Topfil Dark Cerry over medium heat then add the cornstarch that has been mixed with water then add sugar and stir until thickened cool.
