Take 60g of Ambiante and mix it with the previous preparation.
Mix Lait Caramel with the brewed coffee and put 1/3 into the coffee glass.
Add 20g Ambiante to this preparation and mix.
Serve on top of coffee.
Finish with piping bag cream over the glass and garnish with chocolate chips.
Dip a spoon into the melted chocolate and give it a little eye.
