Cinnamon Ribbon

• Mix all ingredients on low speed for 5 minutes using a hand mixer.
• Use when you make coffee cake with a hand mixer.

Cinnamon Crumbs

• Mix all ingredients at low speed using a hand mixer.
• Mix until crumbly.
• Spread in a baking dish and keep at a cool temperature before use.

Coffee Cake

• Mix all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute using a hand mixer.
• Trim the bottom and sides of the bowl and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
• Put the cinnamon ribbon and cinnamon crumbs in (2) and mix gently.
• Fill 2/3 of the mold with the finished dough and sprinkle the crumble and chopped pecans on top.
• Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes in the oven.

Fruit Filling

• Coat the cake with fine coconut powder.
• Fill the center of the cake with mango coldfil and pineapple vivafil.
