Mixing

  • Mix all ingredients except oil for 2 minutes, on medium speed.
  • Add the oil and mix again for 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Spoon the batter with the Eclair Nozle.

Baked

  • 165°C/10 minutes - Closed Damper
  • 165°C/35 minutes - Open Damper

Assembling 

  • Split the eclair and fill it with Topfil Dark Cherry, then spuit the diplomats cream.
  • Sprinkle with sudting sugar on top
